David A. Nettles, Broker - Associate has been in the real estate brokerage business since spring 1997.
Having worked in residential with Century -21 and RE/MAX. I joined J.P. King Auction Co. of Gadsden, AL as Regional Director for the southwest region of Developments, then to Retail Broker's Inc of Scottsdale, AZ as Vice President for Texas.
In the summer of 2007 I became a licensed Property Tax Arbitrator for the State of Texas. Performing arbitrations so far in three counties and reviewing over $10,000,000 in properties.
Most recently in Winter 2009 I have become a Mandatory Continuing Educator with Texas Real Estate Commission, I feel that with all my travels, transactions and teachings I have learned will put me in one of the best positions to help others wanting to sharpen their minds and learn more about real estate.
My focuses are selling investment properties, portfolios, multifamily properties and land tracts. Leasing retail centers, single tenant buildings, warehouses, office and medical space. Listing properties have always been my strong suit and would enjoy meeting with you to discuss how we can execute a marketing plan for your property
Having been a developer and working with many across the country I still enjoy to work on projects from dirt to turning on the grand opening lights.
